Ms. Orasa Livasiri was appointed to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director in 1994, and became acting Chairman of the Company on 9 May 2016. She was appointed as Chairman of the Company on 2 March 2017.

She was a practising solicitor for more than 30 years and retired from the profession in 2012.
