HONG KONG – 10 July 2024 – ASMPT Limited (Hong Kong Stock Exchange: 0522) announced today that the Company will report operating results
for the Second Quarter 2024 ended 30 June 2024 on Wednesday, 24 July, at approximately 7 a.m. Hong Kong time.

ASMPT will host an investor conference call on Wednesday, 24 July 2024, at 8:30 a.m. Hong Kong time.
