It even compensates for PCB warpage on the fly. The innovative system detects solder paste deposits, adhesives, contaminants and dust. It is even fast enough for in-line measurement with dual transport. The machine delivers its measurement data to the expert WORKS Optimization software. - Seamless Data Exchange Along the Entire Line
WORKS Optimization takes the data from Process Lens and proactively optimizes the printing process through virtual prints and trend analysis. If required, the program can also autonomously control the offset correction of DEK solder paste printers. But the big data information network goes much further.
