When I started at ASMPT, I did not know much about the company or its portfolio. The more I learned about what ASMPT is doing globally, the more I realised how much ASMPT is responsible for all the electronic miracles that power all aspects of modern living. Practically all devices we utilise today are enabled by microchips that stand a good chance of having been made using ASMPT solutions. This is why I am so proud to be part of ASMPT.
I am from Myanmar. Over the more than 10 years that I have worked in this company, Singapore and ASMPT have become my second home. I enjoy the diversity of nationalities and cultures in this company. In every project I learn new things about our products and solutions, but also about my colleagues and their backgrounds.

I have started as an HR-intern 2006 in exactly that office where I am now heading the HR department. Why have I never moved on: excellent career opportunities and a great team of people.
When I started 12 years ago at ASMPT in Product Marketing in Munich I would have never dreamt of becoming General Manager of the Regional ASMPT organization in the USA, where with my team of highly motivated experts we support our American customers in enabling the digital world.
Since 2024 I am working as an Embedded Software Engineer at ASMPT in Munich. I chose this company because of the technically challenging and complex products for
SMT Solutions.
