Event Highlights

On January 10, 2025, SMT China celebrated its 50th anniversary with a unique combination of environmental awareness and team building. The company organized a brief "plogging" event in Quanzhou, where 297 ASMPT staff members collected 476 kilograms of trash while jogging. Following this eco-friendly activity, SMT China held its first in-person annual meeting since the COVID-19 pandemic, bringing together the entire SMT China team. The gathering was a cherished opportunity for employees to reconnect face-to-face after years of virtual interactions. During the meeting, KK Wong and Waldemar Christen acknowledged the team's hard work and achievements from the previous year and outlined goals for the upcoming year. The highlight of the event was the employee performances, which were more numerous and diverse than ever before. Staff members enthusiastically participated and showcased their talent. The annual dinner was filled with entertainment, laughter, and team bonding.
