By using Microsoft Teams, a proprietary business communication platform developed by Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”), as part of the Microsoft 365 family of products, subscribed by ASMPT Limited (the “Company”), all users (i.e. personnel of the Company, including permanent, temporary and contracted staff, contractors, agents, and customers of the Company), who have access to the Microsoft 365 cloud service used by the Company (“Users”), agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions as may be amended from time to time.

Purpose of Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams is a collaboration platform that enables users to communicate and collaborate with each other through text, voice, video, and file sharing. Users may use Microsoft Teams solely for the purpose of conducting the Company’s business.

Access and Use

Access to Microsoft Teams is limited to Users who have been authorized by the Company. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share their credentials with any unauthorized person. Users must use Microsoft Teams in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies of the Company. Users must not use Microsoft Teams for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purpose, including but not limited to:

• Sending malicious links, including malware, spam, phishing attacks, ransomware or unsolicited messages or advertising or commercial materials not related to the Company or personal and sensitive information;
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Accessing or attempting to access the accounts or data of other Users without authorization;
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing content that is defamatory, indecent, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, offensive, abusive, sexist, racist, illegal or infringes on the rights of others;
• Using Microsoft Teams to harass, intimidate, or threaten others;
• Transferring sensitive information of the Company, including financial information, without authorization;
• Transferring, storing, uploading or downloading personal information such as personal pictures and videos;
• Transferring Company’s proprietary data of the Company to unauthorized recipients;
• Listing usernames and/or passwords in any group;
• Downloading or uploading data or links for personal use, such as video streaming and movie downloads;
• Downloading applications without approval and written permission; or
• Engaging in any activities that may cause embarrassment, loss of reputation or other harm to the Company;

Monitoring

The Company reserves the right to monitor and review all use of Microsoft Teams by Users. The Company may access and review any content, messages, or files transmitted through Microsoft Teams at any time for any reason. Users have no expectation of privacy with respect to their use of Microsoft Teams.
